Rear seat arrangement

Cushion and backrest frames consist of thin stamped and wire frames, to which springs are attached using metal brackets. To prevent creaking, the brackets are covered with a PVC film. Soft cushions made of foamed polyurethane foam are installed on the seat cushion frame. The back padding is made from coconut palm lint impregnated with rubber latex. The seat cushion is fixed with two spikes on the floor cross member. The backrest is fixed along the top with the help of two slats included in the brackets on the tailgate shelf. On the lower part, the back is fixed with two tongues on the wheel arches, the tongues are bent onto brackets in the lower corners of the back frame.

The rear seat of cars 2102 and 21021 is folded to increase the area of the luggage compartment. The cushion is hinged to the floor cross member and hinged to the backs of the front seats. Then turn the back of the seat on hinges welded on the arches of the rear wheels, and put in place of the pillow. Metal pallets are attached to the reverse sides of the pillow and backrest. The stops on the backrest enter the brackets of the pillow tray and fix the pillow in this position, and also perceive the weight of the load on the pillow. The backrest floor mat will be a continuation of the luggage compartment mat. In the normal position, the backrest is held by latches attached to the sidewalls of the body.
