- low voltage or primary circuit, which includes power sources 6 and 7, ignition switch 8, capacitor 4, primary winding of ignition coil 5 and ignition distributor 3;
- high voltage or secondary circuit, which includes the secondary winding of the ignition coil 5, the rotor, the cover of the ignition distributor with a central contact carbon, high voltage wires 2 and spark plugs 1.
The ignition order in cylinders 1-3-4-2. Adjusting primary ignition timing 5-7°.
Ignition switch
Type VK347, fixed with two screws on the bracket on the left side of the steering column. It consists of a housing with a locking and anti-theft device and a contact part fixed in the housing with a spring ring. The principle of operation of the anti-theft device is that after removing the key set to the "Parking" position", the locking rod extends from the lock body and enters the groove of the steering shaft, as a result of which the shaft is blocked.
Spark plug
Type A17DA, non-separable design. The body of the candle has a threaded part 19 mm long (thread M14x1.25) and a hexagonal part with a wrench size of 20.8 mm.
Ignition coil
Type B117-A, mounted on two bolts welded to the mudguard of the left wheel. The coil windings, together with the magnetic circuits, are filled with transformer oil and are located in an aluminum case. From above the case is closed by a plastic cover with a laying from maslobenzostoyky rubber.
Distributor
Pic. 165. Ignition distributors 30.3706-01 (V) and R125 (b):
1 - roller; 2 - oil slinger; 3 - felt; 4 - housing of the vacuum regulator; 5 - membrane; 6 - vacuum regulator cover; 7 - thrust of the vacuum regulator; 8 - base plate of the centrifugal regulator; 9 - ignition distributor rotor; - side electrode with terminal; 11 - cover; 12 - central electrode with terminal; 13 - coal of the central electrode; 14 - resistor; 15 - outer contact of the rotor; 16 - centrifugal regulator plate; 17 - weight; 18 - cam breaker; 19 - contact group; 20 - movable breaker plate; 21 - screw for fastening the contact group; 22 - groove; 23 - capacitor;
Type 30. 3706-01 (pic. 165, a), four-spark, unshielded, with centrifugal and vacuum ignition timing controls. It is used in conjunction with the carburetor 2105-1107010-20, which has a pipe for supplying vacuum to the vacuum regulator.
Until 1980, an ignition distributor type P125 was installed (pic. 165b), which instead of a vacuum regulator had an octane corrector, which made it possible to manually change the primary ignition timing within small limits.
In spare parts, instead of the ignition distributor P125, the ignition distributor type 30.3706-83 is supplied. It does not have a vacuum regulator, and otherwise its design is similar to that of the distributor 30.3706-01. It is intended for installation on engines manufactured before 1980 instead of P125, if the old carburetor is kept on the engine (without connection for vacuum supply to the vacuum regulator).
