Carburetor — removal and installation

Loosen the clamps and remove the crankcase ventilation and air intake hoses from the air filter nozzles. Unscrew the nuts, remove the air filter cover and filter element. Unscrew the four fastening nuts and remove the filter housing with gasket. Disconnect the rod 4 from the carburetor (see fig. 36) air damper actuator, throttle actuator rod 1 and return spring. Remove fuel supply hoses, engine crankcase ventilation and vacuum supply to the vacuum regulator from the carburetor nozzles. Unscrew the nuts securing the carburetor and remove it along with the gaskets. Close the inlet of the inlet pipeline with a plug so that foreign objects do not get into it.

Installing the carburetor - in the reverse order. After installation, adjust the actuators of the air and throttle valves and the speed of the crankshaft idling the engine.
