Front wheel brake caliper parts
1 - piston; 2 - dust cap; 3 - sealing ring; 4 – support with cylinders; 5 – a connecting tube of brake cylinders; 6 - air outlet fitting; 7 - clamping spring pads; 8 – fingers of fastening of brake pads; 9 - cotter pins; 10 - springs; 11 - brake pads
1. Disconnect the tube 5 and remove the dust caps 2 from the cylinders.
2. Then, blowing compressed air through the brake fluid inlet, push the pistons 1 out of the cylinders on the caliper 4 and remove the O-rings 3 from the cylinders.
3. Assemble the front brake in the reverse order of disassembly.
4. Lubricate sealing rings, pistons and cylinder mirror with brake fluid during assembly.
5. After installation, restore the brake fluid level and bleed the hydraulic brake system.
