Engine oil change

1. The oil must be changed when the engine is hot. To completely drain the oil, wait at least 10 minutes after opening the drain hole.



2. When changing the oil, the oil filter should also be replaced, which is removed using tool A.60312. Wrap the filter by hand when installing.

3. When changing the oil, it is recommended to flush the lubrication system, for which:

• after stopping the engine, drain the used oil and, without removing the oil filter, fill in VNIINP-FD flushing oil up to the mark «MIN» on the oil level gauge (2.9 l);
• start the engine and let it run on this oil for 10 minutes at minimum idle speed;
• completely drain the flushing oil and remove the old oil filter;
• install a new filter and fill in the correct oil for the season.
