Needle valve and float — replacement

1. Remove the carburetor cover (see below, "Carburetor cover - removal and disassembly").

2. With a beard we knock out the float axis from the bracket hole on the cover.



3. We take out the axis and remove the float along with the needle valve.



4. Key on 10 mm unscrew the needle valve seat.



5. Install a new needle valve with seat and float.

6. Check and, if necessary, adjust the fuel level in the float chamber (see "Fuel level in the float chamber - check and adjustment").

7. Install the cover and the rest of the removed parts in reverse order.
