When removing the carburetor, loosen the clamps and remove the crankcase ventilation hoses and thermostat from the air filter nozzles.
Unscrew the fastening nuts and remove the air filter cover, remove the filter element.
Loosen the four mounting nuts and remove the air filter housing.
Disconnect from the carburetor the air damper drive rod and the rod shell, rod 6 (see fig. 46) carburetor drive and return spring 4.
Remove from the nozzles of the carburetor hoses for supplying fuel, crankcase ventilation, pneumatic valve, vacuum extraction to the vacuum regulator (for carburetor 21051-1107010 and 21053-1107010, disconnect the electrical wires from the electromagnetic shut-off valve and the limit switch of the forced idle economizer).
Unscrew the nuts securing the carburetor to the intake pipe and remove it together with the gasket.
Plug the inlet of the inlet pipe with a plug.
Install the carburetor in reverse order. Before installation, it is necessary to check the condition of the planes of connection of the carburetor with the intake pipe. It is not allowed to fasten or tighten the mounting nuts of a heated carburetor.
