Dismantling the front of the engine
1 - top protective cover; 2 - tension roller; 3 - tension spring; 4 - camshaft drive belt; 5 – a cover of a drive of a camshaft; 6 - roller drive oil pump and ignition distributor; 7 - thrust flange; 8 – a pulley of a roller of a drive of the oil pump and the distributor of ignition; 9 – a gear pulley of a cranked shaft; 10 – middle protective cover; 11 - bottom protective cover; 12 - pulley drive generator and coolant pump; 13 - nut
Removing the cylinder head
1 – a cover of a head of cylinders; 2 - gasket; 3 – the case of bearings of a camshaft; 4 - thrust flange; 5 - camshaft; 6 – the holder of an epiploon of a camshaft; 7 - camshaft pulley; 8 - cylinder head; 9 - cylinder head gasket
Removing the flywheel
1 key; 2 - flywheel; 3 – a bolt of fastening of a flywheel; 4 - washer; 5 - retainer A.60330 / R to keep the flywheel from turning; 6 - front cover of the clutch housing
Wash the engine in a car washer, put it on a stand for dismantling and drain the oil from the crankcase.
1. Remove the carburetor by disconnecting the hoses and throttle linkage from it.
2. Remove the fuel pump, ignition distributor, use the key 67.7812.9514 to turn out the spark plugs and the coolant temperature indicator sensor.
3. Remove the alternator drive belt and coolant pump, remove the alternator and alternator bracket.
4. Remove the coolant pump by disconnecting the coolant supply pipe from the heater from the pump and exhaust manifold.
5. Remove the coolant outlet pipe and the coolant outlet pipe to the heater from the cylinder head.
6. Using tool A.60312, unscrew and remove the oil filter with gasket.
7. Unscrew the oil pressure warning light sensor, remove the crankcase ventilation breather cap, crankcase and oil pump. Remove the oil separator drain tube retainer and remove the crankcase ventilation oil separator.
8. Remove the crankshaft pulley by securing the flywheel with retainer A.60330 / R (see fig. Removing the flywheel) and unscrewing the nut with the key A.50121.
9. Remove protective covers 1, 10 and 11 (see fig. Dismantling the front of the engine) camshaft belt drive. Loosen the bolts securing the camshaft pulleys and the oil pump drive shaft. Remove the spring 3 of the tension roller bracket. Turn away bolts and remove an arm with a tension roller. Remove the camshaft drive belt.
10. Remove pulley 9 flat-toothed belt from the crankshaft. Remove the bolts and pulleys from the camshaft and oil pump drive shaft.
11. Remove cover 5 of the camshaft drive. Remove the thrust flange 7 of the oil pump drive roller and remove the roller 6 from the cylinder block.
12. Remove cover 1 (see fig. Removing the cylinder head) cylinder heads. Loosen the nuts securing the holder 6 of the camshaft oil seal and remove the camshaft bearing housing. Turn away nuts and remove the epiploon holder and a persistent flange 4 of a camshaft.
13. Turn away bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders and remove it together with a final collector and the inlet pipeline.
14. Unscrew the nuts of the connecting rod bolts, remove the connecting rod caps and carefully remove the pistons with connecting rods through the cylinders.
Attention! When disassembling the engine, mark the piston, connecting rod and its cover, the liners of the main and connecting rod bearings, so that they can be installed in their original place during assembly.
15. Install retainer 5 (see fig. Removing the flywheel), unscrew the bolts 3, remove the washer 4 and the flywheel from the crankshaft, remove the front cover 6 of the clutch housing.
16. Using extractor A.40006, remove the gearbox input shaft bearing from its socket in the crankshaft.
17. Remove the crankshaft rear oil seal holder.
18. Turn away bolts of covers of radical bearings. Remove them together with the lower bearings, remove the crankshaft, upper bearings and thrust washers on the rear support.
