Removing
1. We install the car on a viewing hole or overpass (see "Vehicle preparation for maintenance and repair").
2. Drain the liquid from the cooling system (see "Coolant - level check and replacement").
3. Remove the electric fan (see "Radiator fan - removal and installation").
4. After loosening the clamp, remove the supply hose from the upper radiator pipe.
5. Disconnect the connecting hose from the radiator filler neck (see "Expansion tank - replacement").
6. Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the thermostat inlet (see "Thermostat - replacement").
7. socket wrench by 10 mm unscrew the radiator mounting bolt on the left side.
8. With the same tool, unscrew the bolt on the right side.
9. Remove the radiator from the car so as not to damage the aluminum core of the radiator.
10. If necessary, replace the rubber pads.
If the radiator was not removed for replacement, it is recommended to flush it inside and out with a jet of water before installation.
Installation
1. Install all removed parts in reverse order.
2. Fill the liquid into the system (see "Coolant - level check and replacement").
