Execution sequence
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Vehicle preparation for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the air filter housing from the carburetor studs (see "Air filter housing - removal and installation").
3. We move the handle of the air damper control rod from ourselves to the stop. In this position of the handle, the damper should take a vertical position. If the damper position is not vertical, adjust the actuator.
4. Holding from turning with a key by 7 mm sleeve, use a slotted screwdriver to loosen the tightening screw of the thrust. In this case, the shutter under the action of the return spring will take a vertical position.
4. Tighten the screw securing the thrust. With the cable handle extended, the air damper should completely cover the opening of the inlet neck of the primary chamber of the carburetor.
5. Install the air filter housing in place.
