Execution sequence
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Vehicle preparation for maintenance and repair").
2. We clean the body and plug of the carburetor fuel filter from dirt.
3. Key by 19 mm unscrew the fuel filter cap.
4. Remove the plug and remove the filter element from it.
5. We wash the filter element and the plug with a carburetor cleaner or acetone and blow them with compressed air. The damaged element is replaced with a new one.
6. Install the filter element in the cork and wrap it.
7. After installation, we create pressure in the system by manually pumping the fuel pump (if the pump does not pump, turn the crankshaft half a turn), checking the tightness of the connection. Tighten the plug if necessary.
