Replacing the front door sliding glass

Raise the glass and remove the door trim (see Door upholstery replacement). Removing the front groove (see Replacing the front door lock).



We lower the glass. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the glass clip to the window cable and lower the glass to the stop.



key «on 10» loosen the tension roller nut and, by moving it, loosen the window cable tension.



We remove the cable from the lower roller and, so that it does not jump off the grooves of the power window coil, we fix it on the door in a taut state.



We take out the glass through the cutout at the bottom of the door.

Install new glass in reverse order.
