Drain the liquid from the engine cooling system (see Coolant replacement).
Disconnect the hoses from the heater radiator pipes and remove the seal (see Replacement of the heater tap).
Removing the fan cover (see Replacing the electric heater fan).
We take out the radiator from its casing.
key «on 10» remove two bolts...
... and remove the radiator outlet pipe with a gasket.
Removing the heater valve (see Replacement of the heater tap).
We install the new radiator in place in the reverse order of removal.
At the same time, we carefully coat the joints of the coolant supply hoses with the heater radiator pipes with sealant. We replace the standard clamps with worm gear ones, they compress the hoses better and seal the connections.
