The oil pump is a gear type with helical gears to reduce oil pressure pulsation, is installed inside the crankcase and is attached to the cylinder block with two bolts. The drive gear is fixedly fixed on the roller. The driven gear rotates freely on an axle pressed into the pump housing. An oil inlet pipe with a filter mesh and a built-in pressure reducing valve is attached to the pump housing, which is pressed against the pump cover by a spring. The valve actuation pressure is provided by a spring of appropriate elasticity.
The oil filter is full-flow, non-separable, equipped with bypass and anti-drain valves.
The crankcase ventilation system is closed, forced, with exhaust gases through the oil separator.
Power supply, cooling and exhaust systems are described in the relevant chapters.
The dimensions of the main mating parts of the engine and the limits of permissible wear in operation are given at the end of the chapter.
