We turn on the gear and the parking brake, after which the key «at 38» unscrew the nut securing the crankshaft pulley.
Using a mounting spatula, we press the crankshaft pulley from the front cover...
...and remove the pulley.
Pry off the front crankshaft collar with a screwdriver...
...and remove it from the lid.
After lubricating the working edge of the new cuff with engine oil, we press it into the cover, using the old cuff as a mandrel.
Install the pulley in reverse order. At the same time, we make sure that the key of the crankshaft falls into the groove of the pulley.
