Disconnect the wire end from the valve outlet (air filter housing removed for clarity).
We supply 12V from the battery to the valve output («minus» batteries connected to the car body). If at the same time a click is clearly audible, the valve is working.
You can also check the valve after removal by connecting its output to «a plus» battery, and touching the body «masses» car. A serviceable valve will make a distinct click, and its shut-off needle will be drawn into the body by 2–4 mm. We change the faulty valve.

Idle jet from the old valve (if the new one has a different marking) rinse in acetone, blow with compressed air and rearrange to a new valve.
We wrap the new valve in the carburetor «by hand», making sure the rubber o-ring is in place and not damaged. We start the engine and, if it idles unevenly or stalls (signs of valve leaks), slightly tighten the valve with a key «at 13».
When the power wire is disconnected from the valve terminal, the running motor should stop.
