Disconnect the driveline from the gearbox (see Replacing the driveline) and move it back.
For ease of use...
... head «at 13» unscrew the two nuts securing the cross member to the body and lower the rear of the box until it stops.
Two keys «at 19» unscrew the three nuts securing the flexible coupling to the flange.
To facilitate the removal and installation of the coupling, you can put a special clamp on it or wrap it with tape (see Features of the repair of a five-speed gearbox).
Prying off with a screwdriver...
... remove the elastic coupling.
Remove the center ring seal.
With a puller, remove the retaining ring from the secondary shaft.
Using the bolt in the flexible coupling flange as a retainer, wrench «at 30» unscrew the nut of its fastening a few turns to move the centering ring.
Using two screwdrivers, remove the centering ring of the flexible coupling.
Loosen the nut and remove the spring washer...
... with a puller we tighten the flange of the elastic coupling...
...and take it off.
Prying with a screwdriver, take out the cuff of the secondary shaft.
Before installation, the cuff is lubricated with a thin layer of any lubricant.
We press a new cuff through a pipe of a suitable diameter or an old cuff.
Install the removed parts in reverse order.
