key «at 13» unscrew the clamp bolt securing the exhaust pipe of the muffler to the gearbox.
We unscrew the nut securing the flexible shaft of the speedometer drive.
key «on 10» Loosen the drive nut.
key «at 13» unscrew the two nuts securing the cross member to the body.
We lower the rear of the gearbox so that the studs come out of the holes in the cross member.
With a piece of pipe, we shift the gearbox to the right and remove the speedometer drive from the crankcase hole.
We install the new drive in the reverse order of removal.
To replace the flexible shaft, disconnect the upper fastening of the drive cable from the speedometer (see Removing the instrument cluster) and remove it from the hole in the front panel of the body.
