Coolant pump — check and repair

Remove deposits from the impeller, housing and wash the parts. The axial play of the bearing with the shaft is checked, which should not exceed 0.13 mm at a load of 5 kgf. With more play, the bearing with the shaft is replaced with new ones. Deformations and cracks on the body are not allowed.

It is recommended to replace the pump seal and the gasket between the pump and the cylinder block after removing and disassembling the pump with new ones.
