Disassembly
Remove the muffler exhaust pipe with bracket. Loosen starter nuts 3 (rice. 21) to the clutch housing and remove the starter. Remove brackets 1, 4 and 6 (see fig. 3) with suspension mounts of the power unit.

Remove bottom cover 5 (see fig. 21) clutch housing, unscrewing the bolts of its fastening. Carefully disconnect gearbox 4 from engine 1, being careful not to rest the gearbox input shaft on the petals of the clutch pressure spring.
Remove the top cover 2 of the clutch housing and disconnect the casing 6 of the clutch with the driven disk 7 from the flywheel.
Assembly
Install the clutch cover with the driven disk on the flywheel with three centering pins and fix it with bolts. Two centering bushings are installed in the lower paws of the cylinder block (if they are not there) and put on them the upper cover of the clutch housing.
Center with mandrel A.70081 (see fig. 60) clutch disc. A thin layer of Litol-24 grease is applied to the splined end of the input shaft of the gearbox and to the outer surface of the guide bushing of the clutch release bearing. Connect the gearbox to the engine without resting the input shaft on the petals of the clutch pressure spring. Attach the gearbox to the engine with bolts and nuts (bolts have different lengths - see fig. 21).
Install the lower cover of the clutch housing and secure it with bolts.
Lubricate with engine oil the front bushing of the starter armature shaft located in the clutch housing. The starter and three brackets with suspension cushions of the power unit are installed and fixed.
Install and secure with new nuts the exhaust pipe of the muffler with the bracket.
