Free travel on lever 19 (see fig. 58) in the initial position of the drive should be 3.5-4.0 mm. It is adjusted with nuts 5, changing the position of the lower branch of the cable relative to the bracket 3.
The adjustment procedure is as follows. Loosen the nuts 5 and install the probe 20 0 1.5 mm in the window of the leash 1 of the cable so that it is located between the edge B of the leash and the socket of the lever 19 of the clutch fork. Then tighten the nuts 5 until the gaps in the clutch release drive are eliminated. After removing the probe, check the free play of the clutch fork lever.
