Install the car on a lift, overpass or inspection ditch.
Clean the pressure regulator from dirt.
If the pressure regulator is properly adjusted, when braking on a level paved road, the front wheels should lock slightly before the rears. If the rear wheels lock up before the front wheels, or the front wheels lock up much earlier than the rear wheels, the pressure regulator is out of adjustment or defective. In this case, we recommend contacting a service station.
1. Check to see if brake fluid is leaking from the pressure regulator.
2. Check - the plug should be recessed by 1-2 mm.
3. Show the earring. There should be no backlash in the connections of the earring with the elastic arm and the bracket on the rear suspension beam.
4. Have an assistant depress the brake pedal. In this case, the regulator piston should go out of the housing by 1.6–2.4 mm, compressing the leaf spring until it stops against the lever.
5. If at least one of these conditions is not met, the regulator is faulty. For repair or replacement, contact a specialist.
