Attention! After removing the camshaft drive belt, it is forbidden to turn the camshaft and crankshaft, as the pistons may hit the valves.
1. Remove the three bolts and remove the camshaft drive front cover.
2. Set the piston of the upper cylinder to the top dead center. To do this, turn the crankshaft by the pulley mounting bolt so that the mark on the camshaft pulley is opposite the mark on the rear cover of the camshaft drive.
3. Remove the alternator drive belt and unscrew the crankshaft pulley bolt, securing the shaft from turning with a screwdriver.
4. Remove the pulley from the crankshaft.
5. Loosen the tension roller nut. Rotate the roller, thereby loosening the belt tension.
6. Remove the toothed pulley from the crankshaft.
7. Unscrew the three bolts securing the lower protective cover of the clutch housing and remove it.
8. Loosen the sixteen bolts securing the oil pan and remove it.
9. Remove the oil sump seal.
10. Remove the two bolts securing the oil receiver to the main bearing cap.
11. Remove the bolt securing the oil receiver to the oil pump and remove the oil receiver.
12. Remove the six oil pump mounting bolts.
13. Move the oil pump with a screwdriver by inserting it between the pump and the main bearing cap.
14. Remove the oil pump from the crankshaft.
