2. Carefully pry off the protective cover with a screwdriver, remove it from the hole in the crankcase and remove it from the clutch release fork.
Be sure to replace a torn protective cover.
3. Squeeze out with a screwdriver and remove the ends of the spring from the paws of the clutch release bearing.
4. Remove the clutch release bearing from the guide sleeve.
The clutch release bearing is of a closed type and does not require lubrication during operation.
5. Remove the spring.
6. Loosen the three mounting bolts and remove the guide bushing.
7. Use a screwdriver to pry the tab and remove the plastic bushing of the clutch release fork.
8. Remove the fork axle from the support sleeve.
9. Remove the clutch fork by pulling its lever out of the hole in the clutch housing.
10. Install the fork and release bearing in reverse order, taking into account the following:
11. When installing the fork, lubricate the fork bushings with SHRUS-4 grease.
12. Tighten the bolts of the guide bushing with a torque of 5-6.5 Nm (0.5-0.65 kgf·m).
13. Install the ends of the spring on the legs of the coupling, as shown in the photo.
