Removal, installation, replacement of the front bumper

To carry out repairs, you will need:

• assistant;
• viewing hole or flyover.

Removing

1. We prepare the car for repair work.

2. Remove the grille.

3. We turn off two screws securing the fender liner to the front fenders.

4. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, loosen the five nuts of the front engine protection mount.



5. On the right and left sides of the bumper, use an 8 mm socket wrench to unscrew one bolt of the lower bumper mounting to the body bracket.



6. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, loosen the two bolts of the upper bumper mount.

Note. The following work is carried out together with an assistant.

7. At the same time, on both sides, we move the bumper forward along the guides of the side brackets and remove the bumper along with the headlight covers.

Installation

We install the front bumper and all previously removed parts on the car in reverse order.
