Engine 2111

With distributed injection, 8-valve engine, index 2111. It is manufactured on a new assembly line and is equipped with a crankshaft 2112 with an increased counterweight. The seats at the crankshaft coincide with the shaft 2108, so they can be replaced.

Flywheel 2110 with increased diameter and reshaped ring teeth. Replacing the flywheel 2110 is possible, but this requires a gearbox with a starter 2108. The connecting rod 2110 has a more rigid lower head with a floating pin. The 2110 piston has a groove in the bosses for the retaining ring. Piston pin 2110 with reduced length and reduced diameter.

It is possible to replace all 4 pistons in assembly 2110 with 21083, and vice versa. Cylinder block 2110 is unified with block 21083, the only difference is in the mounting holes. The cylinder head 21083 on 2110 engines differs only in the length of the studs. The camshaft 2110 is distinguished by a cam profile, which made it possible to increase the valve lift, and, accordingly, the engine power. In terms of seats, camshafts 2110 and 2108 are unified and can be changed.
