Cabin air temperature sensor — removal and installation

The interior air temperature sensor is mounted on the headlining next to the interior dome light and is held in place by four spring clips.

Removing

1. We prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Use a thin slotted screwdriver to pry the sensor from the front.



3. We remove the sensor from the upholstery of the ceiling, disconnect two blocks of wires from the sensor.

Installation

Install the sensor in reverse order.
