Removing
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. We set the front wheels of the car to the position of rectilinear movement.
3. Prying with a screwdriver, remove the decorative element of the horn switch cover.
4. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the switch cover.
5. socket wrench by 24 mm with an extension, unscrew the steering wheel nut, holding it from turning.
6. Use a center punch or marker to mark the position of the steering wheel on the shaft.
7. Alternately, with both palms, hit the steering wheel from the side of the instrument panel until the steering wheel comes off the splines of the shaft.
8. Remove the steering wheel.
9. If it is not possible to remove the steering wheel from the shaft using the method described above, you can, by unscrewing the nut and pulling the steering wheel with your knees towards you, apply several blows with a hammer on the end of the shaft through a soft metal drift.
Installation
Install the steering wheel in reverse order. When installing the steering wheel, use a new self-locking nut.
