Removing
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the door trim (see "Door upholstery - removal and installation").
3. Disconnect the wiring harness pads of the central locking switch (see "Door lock - removal, installation and adjustment"), and the power window gear motor (see "Window regulator - removal and installation").
4. Disconnect the end of the protective corrugated cover of the wiring harness from the door.
5. We take out the wiring harness from the door.
6. Remove the door opening limiter (see "Door opening limiter - removal and installation").
7. An assistant keeps the door from falling.
8. socket wrench by 13 mm unscrew the two bolts securing the door and remove the door.
Installation
Warning! Before installing the limiter, the assistant should hold the door, not allowing it to open too wide and rest against the front fender and body pillar.
1. We install the door and wrap the bolts of its fastening (without tightening them).
2. Install the limiter.
3. If there is a lock on the door, remove the lock retainer from the rack so that it does not interfere with adjusting the position of the door in the opening (see "Door lock - removal, installation and adjustment").
4. We close the door and make sure that its position in the opening is correct and the gaps are uniform along its perimeter.
5. If everything is in order, tighten the hinge bolts, assemble the door and install the lock retainer.
Note: Adjustment of the position of the door by the design of the hinges is not provided, so if the door in the opening is crooked, contact the service station (may require welding or tin work).
