Door gas stops — removal and installation

To complete the work, you will need a wooden lath about 1 m long.

Removing

1. We prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Open the tailgate and install a wooden rail as a stop.

3. Open end wrench by 13 mm first unscrew the lower and then the upper ball pins of the stop and remove the stop from the car.

Installation

Install the gas stop in reverse order.
