1. We prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Holding the stretch with a key by 24 mm from turning, with a second wrench of the same size, unscrew the extension nut.
3. Remove the thrust washer.
4. socket wrench by 17 mm unscrew the three bolts securing the bracket to the car body.
5. Remove the bracket from the extension.
6. If necessary, remove the second thrust washer and shims, remembering or writing down their number and location, so as not to disturb the adjustment of the angle of longitudinal inclination of the axis of rotation.
Installation
Recommendation: After replacing the brace bracket, have the front wheel alignment checked by a workshop.
Installation of all parts removed during disassembly is carried out in the reverse order.
Warning! When installing the adjusting washer, it is necessary that the chamfer on its inner edge faces the extension.
