Repair of the mounting block consists in the replacement of printed circuit boards. It is allowed to solder wires to replace burned out current-carrying tracks on printed circuit boards, but only if this does not require disconnecting the printed circuit boards.
1. Remove the mounting block (see «Removal and installation of the mounting block»).
2. Remove the eight screws securing the bottom cover.
3. Pry with a screwdriver and open the bottom cover of the unit.
4. Check the condition of the current-carrying tracks and the quality of the soldering. Eliminate possible defects. If this fails, replace the block.
5. Install the mounting block in the reverse order of removal.
