Replacing bulbs in the headlight

To replace the headlight bulb in the headlight unit, perform the following operations.

1. Open the hood.

2. Remove the two screws with plastic heads securing the cover to the headlight housing..



3.... and remove the cover.



4. Disconnect the wiring harness connector from the lamp leads.



5. Remove the loops of the spring clip from the hooks on the headlight reflector..



6.... fold down the latch..



7.... and remove the lamp from the headlight reflector.



8. Install the lamp and removed parts in the reverse order of removal.

To replace the position light bulb in the headlamp perform the following operations.

1. Open the hood.

2. Remove the cover of the headlight, as when replacing the headlight bulb.

3. Remove the bulb holder from the headlight reflector..



4.... and remove the lamp from the socket.

Note. The baseless side light lamp is held in the socket only by tension.

5. Install the lamp and socket in the reverse order of removal.
