Replacing the gasket of the oil crankcase of the engine

You will need: keys «on 10», «for 8», end heads «on 10», «for 8».



1. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove protection of a crankcase of the engine. Drain engine oil (see «Changing engine oil and oil filter»).



2. Turn out three bolts of fastening and remove the bottom guard of a crankcase of coupling.



3. Turn out sixteen bolts of fastening of a crankcase and remove a crankcase, having carefully separated it with a screw-driver from the block of cylinders.



4. Remove the crankcase gasket.



5. Install the crankcase in the reverse order of removal. Before installation for ease of installation «glue» gasket to the crankcase with grease. Pour oil into the engine crankcase.
