- the float must rotate freely on its axis, without touching the walls of the chamber;
- the needle valve must slide freely in its seat without distortion or jamming, and the valve float must not interfere with the movement of the float tongue.
In order not to confuse the jets of the primary and secondary chambers during assembly, pay attention to the marking of the jets and, when installing them, be guided by the calibration data table given at the beginning of the chapter.
Main air jets 3 (rice. 2-81) are marked on the upper plane of the jet head (For example, «150»), which indicates the diameter of the orifice of the jet (1.50 mm).
For the main fuel jets 11, the numbers are applied on the side surface («130») and also indicate the diameter of the jet hole (1.30 mm). The emulsion tubes 13 are marked on the cylindrical surface at the bottom of the tubes. There are numbers (For example «F 15»), which indicate the tube calibration number. There are also numbers on the small diffusers 18 (For example «4»), indicating the calibration number of the nozzle opening. For idle fuel jets, the numbers are knocked out from i on a cylindrical belt (For example «45» or «60») and indicate the diameter of the hole (0.45 or 0.60 mm).
Installation of a pneumatic throttle valve of the secondary chamber. Attach stem 8 (rice. 2-85) to lever 6 on the axis of the throttle valve of the secondary chamber is necessary in the following order:
- turn the throttle valve of the secondary chamber to a vertical position;
- press the rod 8 of the pneumatic drive to the stop and, holding the sleeve 11 from turning, adjust its length by unscrewing or wrapping the rod so that the hole in the tip of the rod 8 is against the pin on the lever 6;
- put the rod 8 on the pin of the lever 6 and secure with a lock washer;
- fasten the stem 8 with a lock nut, holding the sleeve 11 from turning with another wrench.
