Pic. 9-21. Cooling system:
1 - radiator cushion; 2 - radiator outlet hose; 3 - water pump pulley; 4 - thermostat; 5 - fitting for draining liquid from the throttle pipe; 6 - hose for supplying coolant to the pump; 7 - thermostat bypass hose; 8 - fluid supply fitting for heating the throttle pipe; 9 - radiator inlet hose; 10 - radiator cap; 11 - hose from the radiator to the expansion tank; 12 - nut of the upper fastening of the casing of electric fans; 13 - radiator; 14 - electric fan; 15 - nut of the lower fastening of the casing of electric fans.
The use of a throttle pipe in the power system led to the need to heat it up by supplying coolant through fitting 8 from the outlet pipe of the head. Liquid is drained through hose 5 connecting the throttle pipe to the outlet pipe of the heater radiator.
The engine cooling fan motor is turned on by the controller, so there is no fan switch on sensor.
