Removing
Remove the gearbox first (see «Transmission»). Turn away bolts and remove a cover of coupling in gathering with a press plate. In this case, this assembly must not be lifted by the pressure spring thrust flange.
Installation
Clutch installation is carried out in the reverse order, while:
- check the condition of the bearing at the end of the crankshaft of the engine, if necessary, replace the bearing;
- check the condition of the splines on the hub of the driven disk and the input shaft of the gearbox, clean the splines and lubricate with a thin layer of grease LSTs-15 or Fiol-1, Fiol-2;
- install the clutch, positioning the driven disk with the protruding part of the hub with an annular groove towards the gearbox, and center the disc relative to the bearing using mandrel A.70081, simulating the splined end of the gearbox input shaft (pic. 3-4).
