Prying off the ornament from above with a slotted screwdriver (above the letters «H» and «A» in a word «NIVA»), we derive the two upper latches from the overlay.
Having shifted the ornament up, we release the two lower latches and remove the ornament.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the three screws securing the lining to the tailgate..
... and remove the cover.
Install the cover in reverse order.
