Removing the instrument cluster (see Removing the instrument cluster).
On a car with a carburetor engine, remove the air damper actuator (see Removing the air damper actuator)
On a car with an injection engine, disconnect the two connectors of the APS status indicator (see Removing the control unit (immobilizer) and an indicator of the state of the automobile anti-theft system (APS)).
Removing the radio mount panel (see Removing the radio mounting panel).
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the three screws securing the upholstery of the right pillar of the wind window..
We take off the cover.
Similarly, remove the upholstery of the left pillar of the wind window.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two screws securing the bracket for the heater control levers to the instrument panel.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the self-tapping screw on the lower left side of the instrument panel.
head «on 10» unscrew the two nuts at the top of the instrument cluster socket (steering wheel removed for clarity).
key «for 8» unscrew the bolt on the right side of the instrument cluster socket.
head «on 10» unscrew the two nuts at the top of the glove box.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew one self-tapping screw in the lower left corner of the glove box..
…and one in the lower right.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the self-tapping screw on the lower right side of the instrument panel.
We remove the instrument panel from the studs by pulling it towards ourselves,..
...and take it out.
Install the instrument panel in reverse order.
