Attention! We work on a cold engine.
Disconnect «negative» battery wire.
Disconnect the fuel pressure regulator vacuum hose from the receiver.
key «at 17» unscrew the nut of the drain tube, gradually releasing the pressure. Hold the hose fitting with a wrench of the same dimension.
The connection of the hose and tube is sealed with a rubber ring.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the clamping plate screw...
...and take it off.
key «at 24» loosen the nut securing the drain tube to the pressure regulator.
hexagon «by 5» unscrew the two screws securing the fuel pressure regulator to the rail.
We separate the regulator from the ramp...
...and, unscrewing the nut, remove it.
The connection of the ramp with the regulator is sealed with a rubber ring.
In photo 6-10, the receiver is removed for clarity.
The connection of the fuel pressure regulator with the tube is sealed with a rubber ring.
Install the regulator in reverse order. If necessary, change the sealing rings and lubricate them with engine oil. The tightening torque of the regulator fastening screws is 8–11 Nm, and the drain tube fastening nuts are 20–34 Nm.
