When removing the vacuum booster, the main cylinder of the hydraulic brake drive is not disconnected from the hydraulic system so that air does not enter it. Disconnect the pusher of the vacuum booster from the pedal, unscrew the nuts securing the master cylinder 1 (pic. 126) to amplifier 2, remove it from the studs and take it to the side, carefully bending the pipelines so as not to damage them. Disconnect the hose from the booster, unscrew the nuts securing the vacuum booster 2 to the bracket of the clutch and brake pedals, and remove the vacuum booster.
The installation of the vacuum amplifier is carried out in the reverse order.
Disassembly of the vacuum booster for repair is not allowed.
