You will need a screwdriver.
Remove the gearbox (see subsection 11.1.1.).
The reason for increased noise when disengaging the clutch may be wear or breakage of the clutch disengagement bearing.
1. Rotate the clutch release fork and disengage the bearing clutch from the fork tabs.
2. Remove the bearing assembly from the guide bushing.
3. Depress the four tabs of the spring holder.
4. Remove the spring holder.
5. Remove the bearing from the clutch.
6. Check the bearing before installation. It should rotate easily, without jamming and play.
7. Install the bearing on the coupling with the protruding part of the inner ring away from the coupling and fix it with a holder.
8. Lubricate the guide bushing with a light coat of grease before installing the bearing coupling.
9. Install the coupling with the bearing on the guide sleeve and fix it in the legs of the fork.
