Remove the gearbox (see subsection 11.1.1.) and clutch release bearing (see subsection 11.2.2.).
Replace the clutch release fork if its deformation and cracks are detected, as well as if the fork legs are worn at the points of contact with the bearing sleeve.
1. Carefully prying off the rubber protective cover with a screwdriver...
2.... remove it from the clutch release fork.
3. Disengage the retainer from the protrusions of the fork by pushing out its ends with a screwdriver.
4. Remove the retainer from the fork ball joint.
5. Remove the plug from the hole in the clutch housing.
6. Remove the cable retainer from the old fork and install it on the new fork.
7. Replace broken or loose retainers.
8. Replace a torn or loose protective cover.
9. Install yoke retainer 1 onto ball joint 2 and lubricate ball joint with grease.
10. Insert the fork into the clutch housing and...
11....secure it with the retainer, making sure that the spherical socket in the plug (shown by arrow) aligned with the ball joint head.
12. Install the protective cover.
